Located in scenic Kilteel, Co. Kildare, Langara Stables is conveniently located 30 minutes from Dublin airport and 5 minutes off the main N7 dual carriageway. The facilities feature everything the equine athlete needs to keep them in top condition, both mentally and physically – enabling them to develop, train and compete to the very best of their ability.

Nicola and her team also work closely with top industry professionals to ensure that every horse receives the very best of care. For veterinary needs from a performance perspective, the equine sports medicine specialists at EquiVET Ireland routinely assess the horses – each member of this practice has been the official vet to the Irish Equestrian Team and has a wealth of knowledge in maximising a horse’s performance. Larry Winters of Winters Farriery is a highly regarded and sought-after farrier, regularly travelling the globe to shoe top sports horses. Larry takes a very thorough and analytical approach to shoeing and is always embracing cutting-edge technology when it comes to farriery.

A variety of other equine healthcare practitioners also regularly visit the yard, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, dentists and equine nutritionists, ensuring that every horse’s needs are met.

The stables are also located within a 25 minute drive of four of the country’s top equine veterinary clinics, in case of emergency.
