about nicola
Nicola is an accomplished rider, sport horse producer and equestrian coach based at her yard Langara Stables in Co. Kildare, Ireland.
Originally pursuing show jumping as a hobby, Nicola completed an Engineering degree in Trinity College Dublin in 2010. Having successfully competed in top-level show jumping at Pony, Junior, Young Rider and Senior divisions whilst completing her studies, Nicola ultimately chose to pursue her passion and began a professional equestrian career sourcing, producing and competing quality young horses, as well as developing skills as an equestrian coach.
Nicola’s desire to pursue perfection in the basic principles of equestrianism and horsemanship has become the cornerstone on which she operates today, with a strong focus on correct flatwork featuring from her pony days onwards. This allowed her to develop a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, enabling her to educate and guide human and equine athletes of all ages towards achieving their goals and maximising their potential.
